It should be compulsory viewing for all food and food service industry executives and employees.

It will make you think differently about food in general, but restaurant food in particular.

I saw the documentary and must agree. I like that unlike Peta, the movie doesn't go for shock value, but demonstrates how the process works.

What I find very interesting how Walmart has appeared to have made changes. It shows yet again if the consumer speaks, companies have no choice, but to follow.

I have to say seeing the documentary has made an impact on my restaurant habits. Several times now when going over a menu I witched from a burger to something else.
